Picnic on the beach - SUBWAY maison Caterer

A tailor-made picnic/buffet on the Hermitage beach, with a cosy and chic setting.

Gather your colleagues around a relaxing area set up directly on the beach (or the location of your choice) for a gourmet surprise!

Set up with mats, coffee tables, cushions, mattresses and crockery (no plastic). + 2 high tables.

Our chef and her assistant will be on hand to offer you an original "SUBWAY MAISON". (For those with a sweet tooth, you can opt for the"Hot Dishes on the Beach" option)

The containers are not individual but buffet-style with service. All products and marinades are homemade.

- Thai salad (soy sprouts, carrots, courgettes, cabbage, corn on the cob, ginger, peanuts and Thai sauce)

- Cucumber with cream and mint

- Tomato, sheep's cheese and pesto salad

Breads for topping

- Traditional baguette

- Tortillas (thin corn cakes)

- Chicken marinated in thyme and lemon
