Each "carriole" has its own speciality:

A range of home-made salads for you to enjoy:

Mixed salad: green salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, hard-boiled egg, mixed seeds including walnuts + balsamic vinaigrette

Mauritian-style potato salad: potatoes, hard-boiled egg, green onions + house vinaigrette

Exotic tabbouleh: organic semi-complete semolina, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, pineapple, mint

Rice salad: white rice, tomatoes, corn, gherkins, black olives, hard-boiled eggs, tuna, fresh parsley, thyme + homemade mustard vinaigrette

- HOME BURGERS + Fresh Chips

Base: brioche bread from the baker, tomato, salad, gherkins, cheddar cheese, homemade onion compote, cocktail sauce

Choice of: Black Angus beef steak, Fresh chicken, Potato pancake

- MAURITIAN CREPES FROM CHILDHOOD

Pancake batter with cumin, turmeric, fresh herb mix

Classic: chicken ham, cheddar cheese

Veg: Mauritian tomato rougail, onion compote, cheddar cheese

Complete: Mauritian tomato rougail, onion compote, cheddar chicken ham

- HOUSEHOLD JUICE BAR : Fresh fruit juice, lemonade, pineapple tamarind iced tea, pineapple, watermelon

- GAC HOUSE CRAFT GLACES: 8 flavours to choose from.

Transport of the ice-cream carts and trolley to the location of your choice.

Ideally on the Hermitage beach for small groups.
