JANZU aquatic massage (aquatic treatment and therapy) Activity

Janzu® session in the lagoon at La Saline les Bains or L'Ermitage in the warmer months, from around 20 December to 20 April.

Developed 30 years ago in Mexico, Janzu® is an invitation to travel, both with the water and with oneself, towards a feeling of peace usually achieved through long periods of meditation.

Janzu® is an aquatic therapy whose aim is to let go of everything that needs to be released, in a gentle presence and without forcing anything!

A veritable dance with the element, you'll be rocked and moved to the rhythm of your breath, according to your needs, using gentle, wide-ranging movements.

Janzu® is a personalised intuitive Flow: there is no manipulation - nothing is forced - everything happens by itself.

Flat, warm water, the sea or a swimming pool.

Lying on the surface of the water,you let go in spite of yourself.

The magic of the water works, to the rhythm of the movement breathed into you.

And you... have nothing to do but let yourself be carried along!

Janzu is a natural, aquatic healing journey.

The session includes:

- 10 min talk time - 30-40 min in the water - 10 min recovery lying in the sun or shade.

One person per session.

Price: Hot season January-April in the lagoon: €72

From age 13 with parental authorisation.

Duo option: it is possible to have a duo treatment at the same time, subject to availability. Just ask!
