Do you like Asia and Asian cuisine?
This excursion is made for you: after the visit of the Chinatown (3h), you will have lunch in an Asian restaurant, with the guide who will make you discover typical dishes.
(The cost of the meal is not included in the price of the visit. Allow about 15€).
In the middle of Parisian architecture buildings, this guided tour of the largest Chinatown of Paris and Europe will decipher Asian culture in a handful of hours that you won't see passing.
It's more of a cultural outing than a sightseeing tour!
As if accompanied by a Vietnamese friend who has known this district since her adolescence, in the form of an informal conversation, this visit of the district takes place quietly, with relaxation and cheerfulness!
Despite the length of the visit, the distance covered is rather short: explanations are given at the stop so that the whole group can enjoy it.
You will mainly be mentioned:
two Buddhist temples + a church for Catholic Chinese,
the many reasons why this area has become Asian,
Asian traditions and superstitions,
good addresses of Asian restaurants.
Photographs are possible in places of worship.
Provide shoes that are easy to remove for one of the two Buddhist temples.
In case of bad weather, rest assured: half the course is done indoors.
