You will know everything, everything, everything about the musical soul of Reunion Island!
Come and share this moment of joy and learn to manipulate kayamb, roll, piker and sati and to hammer the ground in rhythm with dynamic and creative teachers and artists, in a typical atmosphere.
To finish in all conviviality, a Pei tea to share will be proposed to you.
Program:
10H-12H: History and basics of Maloya
Short lunch break (please bring a light meal so that you can get on with it quickly)
1.30-4.30/5pm: Basics and improvisations
We adapt the level to the people present and give more material to people with a good command.

Maloya Métiss
La Compagnie Maloya Metiss a été créée en 2004 par Florence Latappy avec comme objectif :
créer et diffuser des pièces de danse, dispenser des stages de danse dans le cadre de la formation professionnelle continue, organiser des stages, ateliers, cours et animations liés à la danse à destination du tout public.
La démarche artistique de Florence l'amène également à réunir et promouvoir des artistes réunionnais d'aujourd'hui, favoriser et développer les échanges, projets et rencontres entre des créateurs réunionnais et d'autres origines.
