Children's baking workshop Activity

Description

For children from 7 to 12 years old.

Learn, have fun and develop your knowledge.

Come and learn the basics of pastry making in our workshop on Saturday afternoon for one hour.

Examples of pastries:

Easter cupcakes, rice pudding and caramel, coconut rocher, Creole pâté, energy cookies...

At each workshop, a new pastry will be proposed for creation.

Maximum: 4 children per workshop

These workshops are proposed by Shéringa, a very well known pastry chef on the island.

She has a CAP in pastry making and a complementary mention in pastry making, ice cream making, confectionery and chocolate making.
