In this workshop, no suhis or makis, but only traditional family dishes.
These cooking classes are given by a Japanese woman from Osaka. Accessible to all, Japanese dishes will have no more secret for you, with the guarantee of being able to make them again at home (the necessary ingredients are easily available in Japanese, Chinese and French food stores).
Apron, take-out boxes, equipment and ingredients are provided for the course.
