- Postnatal/Mother-Baby Yoga
Solo or in duo, with baby on the floor or in your arms, this practice helps to put the pelvis back in place, protect the perineum, strengthen the abdominal muscles and above all to relax.
Mothers become familiar with breastfeeding positions and carrying. It is also a space for sharing with other mothers, maintaining social links and avoiding isolation.
Thursday: 10-11.15am or by appointment. Minimum 3 people.
Option Private class at your home (in "Option" when you book) = 60€.
