Tastings and Initiation to the Frozen Flavours of India Activity

A small initiatory journey to the flavours of India through a small ice cream tasting.

During 25 to 30 minutes, discover the history of Indian delicacies and taste some of them.

In an ice cream parlour with Indian influences, you will have the pleasure of tasting :

- A small Faluda (dessert served cold, popular in India. Traditionally made with rose syrup, vermicelli, and agar-agar with milk)

or a Majik Chai

- A jar of 4 mini scoops of Indian flavoured ice cream

The hostess will take the opportunity to share her knowledge and introduce you to Indian culture.

She will talk about:

- The origins of Faluda and the different Indian desserts,

- spices, and culinary traditions (with the link between these delicacies and religion)
