Yoga of the senses - Group session Group activity

Description

In this workshop, participants are invited to develop their senses.

In conscious breathing we will try to awaken our ears, noses, eyes and the power of our hands.

People test the contact of their hands on their own body. Alone and in pairs in a spirit of kindness and respect for oneself and others.

People remain clothed, it is not a massage.

Everyone will be able to :

- Feel the benefits of a hand on his/her arm or back

- Encourage self-development

- Strengthen their self-confidence

- Welcome self-esteem and that of others

- Develop benevolence

- Learn to observe and be aware of the world around you

- Release tension through letting go

- To feel in depth the unity within oneself
