Put on your aprons and get into the shoes of a real chef with our culinary challenges.

Enjoy a fun and original culinary team-building experience and cook healthy and tasty Top Chef-style recipes for 8 people or more!

And above all, enjoy a full morning exploring the world of cooking, as well as having fun with a quiz and a visit to the vegetable garden!

Objectives: Our aim with this cooking workshop is to help people (re)discover the pleasure of healthy cooking, while strengthening the social ties between participants. It's the perfect activity for companies that want to offer their employees an original, gourmet team event.

In a real cooking workshop in Saint-Gilles. An 80m² laboratory that meets safety and hygiene standards.

Our recipes require no special knowledge and are easy to reproduce at home.

PROGRAMME

- a culinary challenge based on a menu to be prepared under the supervision of our Chef

- table service provided by the Brigade

- catering service: soft drinks: spring water, fruit juice, breakfast

Le Grand Restaurant' format with 4 teams (example for a group of 20 people) :

- 1 "Starter" Brigade: 5 people

- 1 "Main Course" Brigade (meat or fish): 10 people

- 1 "Dessert" Brigade: 5 people

BREAKDOWN:

09H00: Welcome of participants with breakfast

09.15: Interactive quiz / visit to the vegetable garden

09.30: Presentation of safety instructions and timetable

09.45: Start of the workshop

12.15pm: End of the workshop

12.30-14.00: Tasting of prepared dishes / table service

Example of menu proposed:

Starter: Mille-feuille of Pei fish with fromage frais and preserved tomatoes

Main course: Duo of passionate seafood, glazed carrots & vegetable tagliatelle

Ballotine of poultry with letchis honey & mushroom duxelle

Dessert : Chocolate & Bourbon pointu cake & mango josé coulis
