When the recipient of a massage resumes his or her activities after a session, he or she feels calmed and continues his or her day more serenely. The massage promotes relaxation while revitalizing positive energy and self-confidence.

Massages are offered in short sessions, from 7 minutes per person:

15 people in 2 hours. - 30 people in 4H - 45 people in 6H

AMMA ASSIS: Based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, this massage is for everyone. The recipient remains clothed and receives the massage on an ergonomic chair, which allows him/her to be more creative, attentive, motivated and productive. Massage performed on a chair.

MARMATHERAPY (Indian Ayurvedic massage of the head, face, shoulders and neck): This massage improves the skin, stretches the face (tone and elasticity) to keep youthful contours, relaxes (eliminates facial tension, mental fatigue, physical stress, smoothes wrinkles and brings softness to the expression), contributes to a good restful sleep and improves concentration. Massage performed on a table, the recipient remains clothed.

RITUAL DORSAL (back massage): The back is one of the most important parts of the body because it represents balance and strength. It is often where a lot of resistance and contractions are concentrated. This personalised modelling will combine different manoeuvres with a variety of techniques adapted to create a unique moment. Massage carried out on a table, the recipient remains clothed or shirtless, only the part being massaged is uncovered (use of essential oils at the recipient's request).
