This theatrical stroll in the Old Lyon will make you discover the history of Lyon's gastronomy at the bend of the traboules.

During this unusual stroll, you will have the chance to meet some of the most important figures in the history of Lyon, such as the Brazier mother or the Italians of the Renaissance, who will boast about their contribution to the gastronomy of Lyon: a journey through the history of Lyon, to the time of the canuts* and their famous mâchon*, or to the Renaissance, to discover tripe and macaroons!

You will learn how the stars of the Michelin guide were born, and the origin of the corks will be revealed to you.

This tour in the Old Lyon crosses three traboules and is punctuated by savoury and sweet tastings: Lyonnaise charcuterie, local cheeses, a nougat with praline (or ice cream depending on the season), but also macaroons and the famous Lyonnais cushions.
