Pizza Masterclass - Pizza Creation Challenge Group activity

A workshop to learn how to make your own pizzas, with a renowned pizzaiolo in Reunion Island!

Pizza finally has its own cooking workshop! And it takes the form of a real "team competition"!

Only possible in Mamzelle Pizza's workshop in Le Tampon.

Capacity: 8 to 12 people

Duration: 09H00-12H00

Description of the workshop

Candidates will be received in the morning and will be welcomed with a breakfast.

We will start with a presentation of pizza, its history and its complexity.

We will then introduce the candidates to the ingredients provided. With which they can top their pizza.

Teams will be formed at random and we will start the tests.

Candidates will have 40 minutes and a few dough pieces (depending on the number of people in each team) to try out their pizza.

Once they have decided on their pizza recipe, they will then have only 10 minutes to make their final pizza.

Once the time is up, the jury, consisting of the host and perhaps a second person, will score the pizzas.

The winning team will go home with a gift.

All teams will be able to take their test pizzas home.

They cannot be eaten on site (unless the workshop is held in a Mamzelle Pizza restaurant!). We will then be able to offer you lunch in the restaurant. But only on Saturdays or Sundays morning)
