Basket recipes" will be the starting point of an original and healthy cooking workshop! Travels all over the island.
Objective: The aim is to strengthen team spirit. Develop self-confidence in a fun and friendly atmosphere. To live a greedy and creative moment around the values of the kitchen.
Composition: 8 to 30 people. Show cooking, team cooking, challenge cooking... the scenarios can be adapted to your objectives, your desires, your budget...
Organisation: To adapt the workshop to your location, all the necessary equipment is provided: kitchen equipment, utensils, aprons, furniture, dishes, etc.
No specific knowledge required from the participants.
Duration: 1h30 to 2h, including time for tasting between guests.
Course of the workshop:
Step 1: Boarding #icebreaking
Presentation of the workshop. Constitution of the teams: the groups must, within a given time, cook one or more recipes from a defined ready-to-eat basket. The aim is for everyone to participate in the preparation of the meal.
Stage 2: #teamcooking workshop
Preparation of the dishes from the recipe sheet provided and the equipment available. Each team is accompanied by one or more facilitators in order to facilitate the preparation of the meal and to make it a fun moment.
Stage 3: Tasting #feedback
Lunch time. Time for discussion. The recipes are sent to the participants afterwards, together with photos of the workshop.

Veggie" dishes: Quinoaboulé Taboulé revisited with quinoa - can be adapted with meat
The "Fish" dishes: Fresh and fragrant smoked fish salad - Smoked marlin - Apple-combava - Minute fish and leek fondue - Fish curry
Meat" dishes: Aloha chicken: delicious and fun to cook - Duck breast with carrot purée
Our workshops allow the preparation of main dishes. But they can also include starters, desserts and drinks to create a real "Lunchtime" sequence.
