You can choose to (re)discover one of these 3 disciplines:

- Water skiing

- Wakeboard

- Mono ski

Shorty, waistcoat and equipment provided.

A session lasts about 1/4 hour, very physical (all the muscles of the body work simultaneously)

On the lake of Serre-Poncon, which offers an exceptional setting for the practice of this discipline.

While those who practice are on the lake, the others can wait on the pontoon of the sailing club and enjoy an exceptional setting.
