La Fabrique Marais is an exceptional 500m² space located in the heart of Paris, in one of the capital's trendiest districts. Available during the day and in the evening until 11pm, this place welcomes pop-up stores, film shoots, press days or even seminars and cocktail parties.

Come and discover our two light-filled spaces, which can be used separately or together, according to your needs: The Showroom and the Loft. Furnished without excess in a contemporary atmosphere and equipped with high quality technical equipment (projections, sound system, lighting) you will be free to imagine the perfect event.

The Showroom

The 270m² industrial loft-style showroom is white and modern and can be adapted for all your professional events. The space is very popular for private sales or seminars and conferences for up to 200 people.

In a very Parisian style and with a 4 meter high glass roof, discover our 270m² showroom in the heart of the emblematic Marais district.

The Loft

An exceptional Loft of 230m², under a glass roof, luminous and refined, which can accommodate 150 people. The space can be privatised for all your professional events: company parties, conferences, private sales, ephemeral sales...

Go through the beautiful, typically Parisian carriage entrance and discover the Loft, a cosy and bright 230 m² space. A must-see address in the heart of the Marais.
