Atelier Sushis - Private lessons in Montmartre Activity

Learn how to cook the stars of Japanese cuisine with a real, kind and attentive Japanese cook from Osaka! Right in the Montmartre district of Paris.

A private class, ideal for Team Building, a birthday party or an event to share with friends.

Accessible to all (from age 5), sushi will hold no secrets for you, and you're guaranteed to be able to make it again at home (the ingredients you need are readily available in Japanese, Chinese and even French food shops).

Aprons, takeaway boxes, equipment and ingredients are provided.

Course outline :

- All participants prepare the sushi

- Tasting as the workshop progresses.

During the course, people prepare and taste.

However, as the preparation is very substantial (500 grams of fish per person, a quantity for 2 people each), you will leave with boxes of sushi.

Demonstration: cutting up the fish and preparing the rice.

Course and tasting: sushi tasting on site.

With 1st choice raw tuna and Scottish salmon.
