Introduction to decorative mosaics Activity

Painter and sculptor, I love to share my passions! To allow each one to discover the artist in him, to learn to trust himself through playful techniques. I will welcome you in my typical workshop in the heart of Old Lyon.

Children (from 8 years old) or adults, everyone will be able to learn about mosaics and give free rein to their creativity.

through simple techniques, you will discover mosaic by decorating a mirror outline. I will introduce you to the materials, the cutting of the tiles, the preparation of the supports.

At the end of the day, you will leave with a beautiful work of art, your own, and enough technique to be able to do mosaics at home!

We will use broken dishes or mirrors, tiles and other materials. I will provide you with the materials and tools. You will choose your support and colours, prepare the patterns, cut the tiles, glue, grout...

The workshop will last 6 hours with a lunch break of one hour, which will allow you to discover the bouchons of Lyon, but, if you prefer, you can have lunch on the spot if you have prepared a snack beforehand.

The workshop can also be privatized.
