During this offbeat discovery of the famous "belly of Lyon", your actor-guide (not in costume) will allow you to meet key characters such as the Brazier mother or Italians from the Renaissance. They will proudly tell you what they brought to Lyon's cuisine. Embark on a journey through the history of Lyon, to the time of the canuts* and their famous mâchon*, or to the Renaissance, to discover tripe and macaroons!
