Quiz tour from Fourvière to Old Lyon Group activity

This dramatised quiz tour will reveal the great moments of Lyon's history.

Your actor-guide (not in costume) will take you on a walk from the Fourvière hill to the Saint-Jean cathedral. You will be dazzled by the mosaics of the basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière. The breathtaking view over the city will enchant you. Then you will go down into the Old Lyon through the pretty Rosaire garden to finally discover the unique charm of the traboules.

During this walk, you will meet some guest-stars: the founder of the ancient city Lucius Munatius Plancus, or Louise Labé, nicknamed "la belle cordière" in the golden age of the Renaissance, and the most famous Lyonnais in the world: Guignol!

You will play in teams, each representing an emblematic district. At each stage, you will answer the offbeat questions of our 100% Lyon quiz.

The winners will receive a souvenir of Lyon and Voisin chocolates and pralines for everyone!

Attention: The descent is via the Rosary garden and the Chazeaux climb (and its 288 steps!).

Two routes are possible: The first starts at Fourvière and ends in the Old Lyon. The second route consists of a loop in Old Lyon. The contents are identical.
