Sample meal for the Spanish evening: Aperitif (homemade sangria / amuse-bouche) / Starters (Gaspacho Andalou, Tortillas, Spanish cold meats) / Main course : Fish fritters with ginger, coconut chicken with vegetables, sautéed lamb with rosemary) / Entrees: truffled risotto, Vichy carrots, gratin Dauphinois, sautéed brèdes) / Churros, pears with red Rioja, Nata. All this with a Flamenco show

Sample meal for Easter evening: Aperitif (homemade coconut punch / amuse-bouche) / Starters (homemade poultry balantines, Thai-style fish, Creole fried dishes) / Main course : Fish or traditional paella / Desserts: Chocolate delight (Nata ice cream, Amarenas, meringue, praline, chocolate)

A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE RESTAURANT

France, Africa and Asia have all left their mark on the cradle of the island, with culinary cultures that can still be found on the tables of this southernmost part of France.

The result is an original Creole cuisine.

GADIAMB City, whose aim is to stay as close to nature as possible, has set up a culinary production workshop, equipped with both modern and traditional technologies, to bring you cuisine that is as simple as it is good.

We process the fruit from our 3 hectares of orchards to offer you natural juices, jams and local fruit jellies, ice creams and sorbets with the "PEI" label. When it comes to cooking, we use as much organic or sustainable produce as possible, and products that we choose because they look good, smell good and we know where they come from.

This cuisine, which is a mix of origins and compositions, is considered essential.

ACCOMMODATION OPTION - Réunion's 1st Glamping site

What is glamping? It's the new way of camping in much more pleasant conditions!

Glamping, a contraction of glamour camping, is a type of alternative tourist accommodation similar to camping, but which offers stays in a caravan, yurt, tree house, etc., combined with a certain quality of comfort.

Set in the heart of a forest of letchis, the 17 32m² glamps can accommodate up to 5 people. They are equipped with wooden furniture, a cocoon bath and king-size bedding. All designed to make the most of this immersion in nature.

BUT WHAT IS THIS PLACE ANYWAY? GAMDIAMB CITY

Located at Bassin Plat, in Saint-Pierre, Gadiamb City is a huge 4.5-hectare estate of the Grande Ferme Equestre type and a large Botanical Park and Leisure Park, with a restaurant and a "Glamping" area with 17 accommodation units.

On one side a large restaurant, the famous Dodo Vert with a dining room and outdoor terrace overlooking an Equestrian Centre.

On the other, Réunion's only Glamping site! With its 17 "tents/roulottes" offering quality accommodation. Lodges in reinforced tarpaulin measuring 32m² with private terrace, equipped with all the amenities of luxury accommodation.

A huge Fun Park and Botanical Park with a capacity of up to 1,000 people:

- An educational farm (rabbits, goats, etc.)

- An aromatic garden with aromatic and medicinal plants.

- 6 petanque courts.

- A mini-golf course

- Picnic areas with tables and benches.

- 2 "roulottes" (trailers) with food stalls.
