Our chefs prepare the foie gras beforehand for this culinary event. On the spot, gourmets can choose to taste it plain or smoked.
The foie gras is accompanied by :
- 3 varieties of toast: traditional, gingerbread and brioche
- 4 condiments: mango chutney, fig jam, onion compote with chestnut honey and candied pears with balsamic vinegar
- 3 varieties of pepper: Maniguette, Timut and pink berries
- 2 varieties of salt Camargue, Himalaya as well as the famous mix of Gomasio Sesame and Guérande salt
During this culinary animation, the chef slices, smokes, toasts and prepares the bites in front of your guests.
For more pleasure, gourmets have the possibility to personalise their mouthfuls with different salts, peppers and spices at their disposal.
So make a little diversions to the South-West for this culinary demonstration!
