Discover Hydrospeed : White water swimming Activity

The Durance is without doubt the best river in France for learning to navigate and discovering white water swimming.

Your body will be in permanent contact with the water and your float.

Thanks to the advice and appropriate technique taught by our instructors, you will be able to discover unique sensations of gliding and well-being.

The ideal course for a first experience is the one that will take you from the famous wave of Rabioux to Embrun.
