Description

The content of the course (adapted for children):

Presentation of the discipline → body warm-up → learning the basics (in particular work on the polycentrism of the body) → learning a choreographic variation → work on repeating and perfecting this variation (facing the mirror, without the mirror, face to face...) → Stretching and relaxation. All this in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

Experience:

Your children will learn to move their bodies like never before. Bellydance is a discipline that is becoming more and more known for its physical and psychological benefits and its playfulness.

NB: Clélia provides the accessories. Required attire: soft and close-fitting clothes
