Yoga Duo Parent-Child 3-6 years - Paris Activity

The playful approach of DUO Yoga Parent-Child invites you to discover breathing, meditation and the awakening of the body,

postures in duo, through imagination, games, songs and laughter!

Children and parents practice an activity together, both relaxing and invigorating, with complicity.

To be reproduced at home without moderation!

A moment of parent-child sharing in a gentle and caring way! Come and take the time for a break

and a special moment with your child.

During the workshop, 1 parent accompanies 1 child. The parent present also participates in the yoga activity!

Small groups to promote the well-being of everyone.
