An original proposal to develop team cohesion and well-being in your company: a theatrical clowning workshop!

In a benevolent, non-judgmental and non-comparative environment, we invite you to share a fun, friendly and offbeat time!

In each of us there is an inner clown who just wants to emerge and blossom. It shows us the way to audacity, joy and authenticity!

He lives in the present and marvels at the little things. He is deeply empathetic and reveals the "best version of ourselves in every moment". The clown says a big YES to life!

Practising this art allows us to be more at ease in relationships, to present ourselves in front of an audience and to play down situations.

Times of mediation, relaxation, games of cohesion and valorization, collective improvisations allow us to evolve in confidence together and to stimulate our creativity.

You don't need to have any experience in clowning or theatre, just the desire to get to know yourself better, to discover yourself differently and to recharge your batteries!

The workshop takes place at your home, in your premises, or in your seminar rooms.
