The Mauritian chef would like to share his cuisine and influences with you through a sunny buffet: the cuisine of the islands!

We propose to liven up your event with warm dishes, inviting you to escape and to a firework of tastes and flavours.

Here are some examples of the dishes we offer:

Codfish accras - Beef samoussa - Shrimp tempura

Bonbon piment (split peas, spices, herbs)

Verrine of vegetable achard

Dishes: Braised chicken with dog sauce - Rice and red beans

Drinks : Punch with or without alcohol

Also offers original drink stands such as detox water.
