Paella Party at your event (Gap, Grenoble, Briancon...) Group activity

This will be a change from our beloved raclettes or fondues!

A choice of traditional Paëllas in the purest respect of southern cooking. Prepared with fresh products, it will delight young and old. And will add originality to your event.

At the location of your choice, in the Alps (Gap, Briancon, Grenoble...).

Paellas are served in large 1 metre wide Paelleras!

The different possible Paellas:

- Classic Paella: Rice - Chicken, shrimps, squid slices and strips, small vegetables, tomatoes, red and yellow peppers, onions, house spice mix, lemon (chorizo on request)

- Traditional Paella with Chorizo

- Catalan Paella without shellfish: Rice - Chicken, red and yellow pepper, onions, tomatoes, fresh peas, courgettes, saffron, onions, house spice mix, lemon (chorizo on request)

- Paella Langoustes: Rice - chicken, lobster, squid strips and squid cores, mussels with and without shell, vegetables, tomatoes, onions, red and yellow peppers, courgettes, peas, lemon (chorizo on request)

- Fish Paella

It's up to you... and to eat!

Logistics, cutlery, cocktail options, desserts... we take care of everything!
