A choice of traditional Paëllas in the purest respect of the southern cuisine. Prepared with fresh products, it will delight young and old. And will add originality to your event.

At the location of your choice, from Bordeaux to Toulouse.

Paellas are served in large 1 metre wide Paelleras!

The different possible Paellas:

- Classic Paella: Rice - Chicken, shrimps, squid slices and strips, small vegetables, tomatoes, red and yellow peppers, onions, house spice mix, lemon (chorizo on request)

- Traditional Paella with Chorizo

- Catalan Paella without shellfish: Rice - Chicken, red and yellow pepper, onions, tomatoes, fresh peas, courgettes, saffron, onions, house spice mix, lemon (chorizo on request)

- Paella Langoustes: Rice - chicken, lobster, squid strips and squid cores, mussels with and without shell, small vegetables, tomatoes, onions, red and yellow peppers, courgettes, peas, lemon (chorizo on request)

- Fish Paella
