Well-being in the workplace: introduction to Japanese self-massage Group activity


This group workshop allows everyone to learn some useful stretching postures to make the back, neck, shoulders or legs more flexible.

Your employees will discover massage techniques that can be performed on themselves in order to relieve certain tensions in the back, head, arms or legs.

During this workshop, the participants will be actors and will imitate the movements of the trainer, who will also individually demonstrate the type of pressure to be applied.

Up to 6 groups per day, with a 15-minute break between each group (room set-up) and a 1-hour lunch break.

Capacity: 6 to 12 people maximum.
