A FORMER PLACE OF PILGRIMAGE

Until the middle of the 20th century, the site was home to a succession of anchorite monks who shaped its history. A place of pilgrimage that became a place of contemplation, it later became home to cafés and restaurants for local residents and visitors who came to enjoy this exceptional viewpoint. Protean, the panoramic landscape changes with the passing days and seasons.
