For the past two years, an open-air restaurant, on two floors with a small central swimming pool, has been enthroned at the top of the Cascade Jacqueline.

It is like being in a local's home, in the middle of nature, while overlooking the Indian Ocean.

This Sud Sauvage restaurant offers traditional dishes typical of Reunion, and more particularly of the South, such as palm kernel chicken, boucané/vacoa cabbage or fish in vanilla sauce. Not forgetting the must-try dishes (chicken dakatine, rougail saucisse, carri bichiques, shop suey...)
