Privatising an alternative school with its many warm spaces

A hidden treasure transformed into an event space in the heart of Saint-Pierre.

An alternative school that becomes an event space at the weekend.

the venue comprises 3 main areas.

1- The front area : The garden with swimming pool and inflatable structure

A large garden with a gazebo and a large swimming pool where participants can cool off.

There is also an inflatable structure at the entrance to the garden.

2- The activity room with catering area

A large room in which to offer several activities.

Or a seated meal for around 40 people.

Several board games are available. A ping pong table, giant mikados...

3- The back area: the "relaxation" garden

A large courtyard with artificial turf throughout.

Parasols and deckchairs for chilling out.

The area can accommodate around sixty people (40 armchairs, 40 deckchairs, 40 floor mats, 80 chairs and 16 tables. Total of 68 seats throughout the site.

When the site is privatised: lifeguard - lifeguard - activity leader. 2 people to manage customers.

+ an Escape game for children developed on this site. And access to an inflatable structure.

Brunch from the time you arrive in the morning until 1.00 pm.

Complete with sweet and savoury treats.

Beer and wine available (alcohol licence)

Snacks available: crêpes and ice creams.
