The site has 5 rooms (between 15 and 20 places) and a 300m² covered convivial space with a balcony overlooking the Indian Ocean which can be used as a classroom, or a room for manual activities for example.

A large park with shaded areas can be used for large picnics and activities for large groups.

The privatisation of the site includes:

Complete privatisation of the site (garden + "Grand Large" room + kitchen).

Parking available in front of the site and all along the seafront.

An agent will be present on the site.

The "kitchen" area for the installation of the caterer. Sanitary facilities.
