Our hams weigh between 7.5 kg and 8.5 kg, the ideal weight for best quality. They provide enough meat for 110-150 people.
As an accompaniment, we serve dry bread (picos de pan), as other foods such as butter, capers and gherkins reduce the quality of the ham.
