There's just one constraint: the products must be eaten the same day to ensure the best possible quality!

Capacity: Minimum order of 30 small cannelés. No maximum.

By the way, what is a "Cannelé"?

The cannelé is the emblematic cake of Bordeaux and its hinterland. It's cylindrical, furrowed and has a caramelised texture. It looks like a little hat.

On the palate, the cannelés are both soft and crunchy.

Hints of vanilla and rum are present under their thin caramelised layer.

They are as popular in Gironde as wine.
