The 3 possible massages

• Sitting and clothed massage (AMMA): The word Amma, designated by two Chinese characters AN and Mo, means "to soothe with the hands". It was then adopted by the Japanese and pronounced AMMA. Using 23 techniques on 170 pressure points to activate the meridians, Amma encourages the circulation of energy for greater vitality. The Amma techniques have their origins in the 4000-year-old traditions of Chinese medicine, and use the network of meridians where the body's energy circulates. This high-performance technique, adapted to our modern times, provides pleasant relaxation and restores tone and vitality. Seated massage is performed on the clothed body, through clothing, and can therefore be practised in full view of the public, in the open air, at work, in a company, etc. It erases the negative effects of stress and can therefore be useful in all Human Resources programmes to manage stress or improve working conditions. It will also be in great demand at holiday resorts, wellness centres, fairs, festivals and events in general.

Session length: 15 / 20 or 30min per person

• Table massage (sports or relaxing): Muscle tension after a sporting event or simply a desire for a moment of deep relaxation for body and mind? This table massage is performed using organic vegetable oil, and can be targeted at a particular area (back or legs) or performed over the whole body.

Session length: 15min / 20min / 30min or 1h per person

• Kobido facial treatment: A natural lifting and anti-ageing treatment for the face, this improves blood and lymph circulation and restores radiance to the skin. Visible results: more toned, smoother skin, reduction in wrinkles and tension, reduction and elimination of pimples after several sessions. A moment of disconnection for an optimal well-being experience. This natural treatment is performed with a few drops of vegetable oil.

Session duration: 30min or 1h per person

Available times: All over the island, Monday to Saturday.

Possible locations: Massages can only be given in the comfort of your own home, at a special event venue, hotel, etc. Massages cannot take place outdoors.

Sports massage: 01H = €80

01h30 = 115 €

Relaxing massage: 1h = €80

Kobido facial treatment: 1h = €105

Seated and clothed massage: ½ day (3 hours of treatment) = €230

Full day (more than 3 hours up to 8 hours) = €500
