Come to our workshops in the 11th arrondissement to take part in a craft beer brewing workshop. You'll learn everything you need to know to make a good craft beer, from the choice of raw materials to the production stages.
Discover the world of beer and brew 15L(in small groups of 2 or 3, for the "Master Brewer" workshop) of your favourite recipe!

Course of the workshop (2h):
- Brewing a beer in a group: with the help of one of our brewers, you will take part in the various stages of brewing a lager.
- History, anecdote and quiz: our brewer will tell you various stories and anecdotes about beer over the centuries that will help you shine in society.
- Introduction to Zythology: you'll take part in a guided tasting of craft beers, some of which may well surprise you.
- Bottling a beer: each participant goes home with 3 craft beers, one of which they have bottled and labelled themselves (the name can be personalised to suit your creativity!).
It's a fun and instructive way to learn more about the world of beer and its origins. The team will be delighted to share their passion for beer with you in a very friendly atmosphere.

Course of the workshop (4h) :
- Brewing your own beer: you will have the opportunity to choose one of the 7 recipes we offer. Each group will be able to brew their own beer from start to finish, with advice from our professional brewer.
- Introduction to Zythology: you will take part in a guided tasting of 6 craft beers, some of which may well surprise you.
- History, anecdote and quiz: our brewer will tell you various stories and anecdotes about beer over the centuries that will impress your friends and family.
- Choosing the name of your beer: each group can personalise the name of their beer, which will then be printed on our labels. It's a great opportunity to bring out everyone's creativity.
- Bottling your production: after 2 weeks of fermentation, your production will be ready to be bottled. You can then return to our workshops to bottle 30 50cl bottles per brew!
Note that if it is logistically not feasible for you to return to a bottling slot, we offer packages for bottling and/or delivery of your production.
Suggested recipes :
- My lager: A pale ale of English origin, this is the pub beer par excellence. It has a pleasant floral aroma
- My White Beer: Typically Belgian in style, this white beer brings out notes of banana and orange, as well as a hint of coriander
- My Abbey Beer: Typically Belgian, this beer is characterised by a complex malty flavour and spicy alcoholic notes.
- My American IPA: A powerful beer, with hoppy bitterness and a strong citrus flavour.
- My Trippel: A clear, highly alcoholic Belgian beer with a fresh, sour finish.
- My American Pale Ale: A dry, light lager with powerful citrus aromas and controlled bitterness.
- My Brown Porter: Sweet and fruity, deliciously caramelised, with a very pleasant chocolate aftertaste.
This list is not exhaustive, new recipes are likely to arrive and some recipes have seasonalities such as the "Christmas Beer"
