Come and discover the art of cheese and wine pairing during this exceptional caseology workshop, in the tasting room of one of the most beautiful cheese dairies in Paris! Gastronomic experience guaranteed! Have you ever experienced a cheese and wine pairing where the combination of the two forms a new experience? Then welcome to the third dimension!
During this amateur workshop, you will taste 9 cheeses, with their bread and fruit, accompanied by 5 wines.

In principle, these workshops take place every Tuesday at 7.30pm. Some slots may also be open at weekends.
With our expert cheese maker, you put on your apron, wash your hands, and off you go!
After a visit to the maturing cellar and after having acclimatised to the good smells of the matured cheeses, you head for the production room. This is where the cheese maker will introduce you to the secrets and beautiful subtleties of cheese making.
