Clown Theatre Workshop: initiation & discovery Activity

"Daring to be a clown means going beyond your usual limits..

Through a process of self-awakening, the person dares to go beyond their usual limits to explore the unexpected and give birth to a character, their clown. A character that goes beyond them, that surprises them. The person will be able to tame the emptiness, find the wonder of the child by reconnecting to his spontaneity in the "here and now". They will develop their presence to themselves and to others, by emphasising their gaze and its intensity. She will allow herself to make room for her emotions, by putting them into play.
