What is cryotherapy?

It is the exposure of the entire body to an environment of extreme cold and dryness, to trigger the famous "thermal shock", thus provoking physiological reactions in the body, in order tothe process is based on a series of steps that are performed in the same way as the treatment of the body.

The process is based on a series of exposures of the whole body in a chamber at a very low temperature, -110 degrees, a dry and ventilated cold, over a short period of time, between 2 and 4 minutes.

It is recognised as an effective technique for recovery before and/or after exercise, particularly for high-level athletes.

Numerous scientific studies highlight the virtues of extreme cold on humans and its benefits.
