What is infratherapy?

Infratherapy is a gentle, natural and safe method of treatment using long infrared rays. The heating takes place in the heart of the muscle tissue. This causes a significant sweating similar to that generated during a sustained physical effort.

The perspiration generated by the infrared sauna will allow the evacuation of toxins, the burning of a large number of calories without the slightest effort, the improvement of the quality of the skin, the strengthening of the immune system, the reduction of muscular pain, etc.
