Japanese cooking classes - Paris 18 Activity

In this workshop, no suhis or makis, but only traditional family dishes.

These cooking classes are given by a Japanese woman from Osaka. Accessible to all, Japanese dishes will hold no secrets for you, with the guarantee of being able to make them at home (the necessary ingredients are easily found in Japanese, Chinese and French food shops).

Apron, take-away boxes, materials and ingredients are provided.

For children from 5 years old!

The programme of these workshops varies according to the day:

- Okonomiyaki (typical Osaka dish) - Gyoza - Japanese curry - Oden - Misotsure Yaki - Teriyaki - Kakiage
