Japanese cooking classes - Paris 18 Activity

In this workshop, no suhis or makis, just traditional family dishes.

These cooking classes are taught by a Japanese woman from Osaka. Accessible to all, Japanese dishes will hold no secrets for you, with the guarantee of being able to recreate them at home (the necessary ingredients can easily be found in Japanese, Chinese and French food shops).

Aprons, takeaway boxes, equipment and ingredients are provided.

For children aged 5 and over!

The programme for these workshops varies from dish to dish, depending on the day:

- Okonomiyaki (typical Osaka dish) - Gyoza - Japanese curry - Oden - Misotsure Yaki - Teriyaki - Kakiage
