Group workshop to discover Shibari in Paris.

Come and discover, learn or deepen your knowledge of the basic principles and techniques of Shibari (an ancestral Japanese martial art linked to the eroticism of the other person's body through the use of ropes) in a warm, studious atmosphere in a real dance studio.

Over the course of an afternoon, you'll learn all you need to know to perform the traditional Shibari moves and any others you can think of.

During these classes, you'll discover the Japanese art of Shibari (or bondage). You'll learn the basic knots and rope transitions, the basic and more elaborate figures, and how to work with suspensions.

Don't be afraid to go beyond the clichés - students come away delighted!the aesthetic aspect will be paramount, as will the 'dialogue' that is established between the person tying and their 'model'; the ropes then become a real tool of expression.don't worry, the rules of shibari are clear: it's the person being tied who leads the dance!
