Starter: Mille Feuille of smoked fish, sweet crisps and sauce vierge
Main course: Ballotine of poultry stuffed with fresh truffle mushrooms, served with sweet potato purée and glazed carrots.
Dessert: Gourmet trilogy: Chocolate muffin - fromage blanc verrine and papaya crumble
