In the office, exchanges are often shy?

What if you could add a touch of fun to the mix by daring to let loose a little through artistic expression? It's the ideal activity for strengthening bonds and letting go.

Why not surprise your colleagues by showing them your hidden talents on stage, in improvisation, theatre, dance or singing?

You don't think you have any specific talent? Then don't worry! You'll be surprised!

Course of the activity:

• A theme will be chosen at random (for example, love, the ocean, gods and goddesses, nature, etc.)

Depending on the theme, you will be asked to create an artistic work.

We'll either ask you to draw lots for a 'practice' (song, dance, theatre), or you can choose the practice of your choice.

We will, of course, have materials to help and support you throughout your creative process.

• A draw for the different artistic fields will determine what you will challenge yourselves with as a team:

- Play,

- Impro

- Singing / Slam

- Dance / Choreography

• This will be followed by a period of preparation led by your super coach Elodie, aka LADY SA MUSE, a multi-artist entertainer.

The entertainment will of course be presented in a fun and festive way to put everyone at ease! The evening (or half-day) will end with the election of the most successful performance!

Duration: approx. 2 hours

1 hour of preparation and approximately 1 hour of performance

Possible formats:

In the"Evening" format, the creations can be presented at the end of the evening, at dessert time.

In"Team Building" format, the creations can either be presented on the day at the end of the activity, or presented during a future evening.
