Whether you're a group of tourists, a local company, a company holidaying in Réunion, or a family outing, this package is for you!

At l'Entre-Deux, in the heart of Réunion's most typical little village, take part in this day-long discovery of the island's cultural heritage!

(Or half a day, or two days if you prefer accommodation on site)

Set off on an adventure to l'Entre-Deux, starting and finishing at a "kaz' event" set up for the occasion called "L'Antre de Cimarron".

You'll be welcomed directly by the locals!

In a space designed to receive groups for the following formats and events:

- Cooking workshops (sausage rougail, potato cake workshop, etc.)

- Maloya / Percussion workshop

Musical entertainment for children with storytelling and theatrical performances.

- Herbarium workshops: a dozen local plants and their virtues. Participants leave with their own herbarium - a dried plant with a label listing its properties.

- Work seminars: a small space that can be converted into a seminar room for up to 20/25 people

- Creole lunch. Reunionese cuisine cooked over a wood fire. With local produce and poultry straight from the henhouse.

- The perfect base for your day hikes, visits to the village of Entre-Deux, Team Building at Entre-Deux...

08:30-09:30: Welcome with a Pei breakfast at "L'Antre de Cimarron"

09H30-11H30 : Hike with picnic lunch => sandwich with local and artisanal products (level of difficulty of the hike, to be defined)

OR Walk / Visit to the village of Entre-Deux

OR Cookery workshop at "L'Antre de Cimarron"

12.00-14.00: Picnic under a decorated "Salle Verte" bandstand. Welcome with accordion music.

OR Lunch at l'Antre de Cimarron. With an introduction to wood-fired cooking.

During lunch: Musical entertainment. Maloya initiation and discovery.

14H00-16H00: Work seminar

ACCOMMODATION

We can accommodate 7 people for the night. In a warm and welcoming "dormitory".

facilities: 2 fridges, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, air conditioning.

Breakfast available: Fruit, jam, butter.

Maloya (4 musicians): singer + piper + triangle + kayamb + rouleur + sati ...) According to the songs - various instruments and accompanied by songs.

Accordion trio + pianist + percussion. Cover versions of Réunion Island's greatest sega and maloya hits.

- Introduction to Sega

SEMINAR

In this same room (dormitory), we can put tables, benches, a video projector and a blackboard (if necessary), and allow people to hold meetings. In a totally informal, cosy and warm setting!

RESTAURATION

For up to 50 people. We take care of the service, and the food is cooked on site. With musical entertainment according to your preferences.

Sample meal:

Creole aperitif: Samoussas, bonbons piments, piments farcis, sarcives

Drinks: Juice, coke, punch, beer (dodo) - All you can drink during the aperitif

Starter: Home-made quiche with brèdes (pork or chicken)

Main course (your choice - max. 2 courses): wood-fired letchis

Carry fish - grain-fed chicken from the henhouse - duck (from the henhouse) (carry, stew or with olives)

Rougail sausages (from Salazie or St André - home-made - smoked or plain)

We can also offer more common dishes: cabris massalé - roast pork, roast turkey, etc.

Rice - grain or brèdes - rougail (tomato or cucumber or other vegetables depending on the season)

Dessert: your choice - home-made and seasonal

Snack: Potato cake / Chocolate cake / Chouchou cake / Banana fritters / Cassava fritters / Pancakes / Cotton candy (for children on works councils) / Flambéed bananas or pineapples

Served with a homemade coulis of carambola or guava or other according to the season + whipped cream

WORKS COUNCIL OFFER / BIRTHDAYS / KIDS

• For small works councils or for children's birthdays, we can offer children's entertainment with cuddly toys, shows, decoration of the venue...
• We can offer culinary workshops (preparation of samoussas, chicken carry, etc.)
• Musical entertainment: Pianist and accordionist (percussionist) during the aperitif
• Karaoke

ACCESSIBILITY

Please note that there are no parking spaces. We will show you a large stadium where you can park 50 metres away. We will then organise a shuttle bus to take you from your car to "l'Antre"!

There is no access for people with reduced mobility.
