Course of the activity (1h30-2h) :
- A round-table discussion during which your employees can express their views on the chosen theme.
- Your employees will get their hands dirty in the kitchen.
- They will prepare the selected recipes and learn tips and tricks to help them in their everyday cooking.
- Tasting of the dishes prepared.
Several formats are available, depending on your preferences:
- The anti-wasteful meal: in teams, your employees will have fun putting together a "starter, main course and dessert" type meal. Colourful salads, green leek cakes, surprise clementines... Recipes that showcase products in their entirety.
- The anti-wasteful aperitif: as a team, your colleagues will prepare anti-wasteful recipes to create an aperitif buffet. From leaf pesto and savoury muffins to seasonal fruit verrines, there's plenty to enjoy with products that your staff aren't necessarily used to cooking.
