You can't have missed it: Crossfit has made a big BOOM in the last few years!

Effective, efficient and fun with its variety of movements, equipment and constantly changing content, Crossfit and more broadly Cross-training is perfect for all goals!

The bootcamp consists of training with alternating phases of running and bodyweight exercises using the environment (push-ups on benches, step on walls, stairs etc...)

We then created the Cross-sessions which make Cross-training the essential event for your next gatherings: Hen parties and stag parties, sports team-building, birthdays and more.
